Ingredients
  

  • 1 TBS Olive Oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Can Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Kidney Beans
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Carrots
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion
  • 1 Celery Stick
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 Medium Yellow or Red Pepper

Instructions
 

Sautee Mode

  • Turn your pressure cooker onto sautee mode
  • Add Olive oil, garlic and onion
  • Cook for approximately 2 minutes or until fragrant

Prepare Your Pressure Cooker

  • Add remaining ingredients to your pressure cooker
  • Mix well
  • Program Pressure Cooker to 10 minutes
  • Manually release pressure and enjoy!
