With so many “get fit quick” diets on the market, why bother to even exercise? There are so many proven benefits of exercise and physical activity, that it is a must for living a well-balanced life.
Although wearing a swimsuit is a very good motivator for many of us, there are so many other important benefits of exercise.

All You Need is 30 Minutes
According to the American Heart Association, all that you need to aim for is 30 minutes per day on 5 days per week. If you perform high-intensity interval training, you only need about 90 minutes per week.
By achieving this level of fitness, you will reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and you’ll feel great!

PopSugar is a fun channel that offers a large variety of workouts. This channel often hosts guest trainers so the style of workouts is constantly changing.
They have cardio dance videos, HIIT workouts, kickboxing, Barre, strengthening, and yoga too.
Pop Sugar also has a website with many health and lifestyle tips.
This is a great channel for beginners who may not have a preference for a style of workout yet. You can try a variety of workouts to figure out what you like best.
If you are looking to try yoga, this channel is the perfect place to start! Adrienne is a young woman from Austin, Texas who records new videos from her home.
She records a large variety of styles of yoga including power yoga, yoga for stress relief, pain, and

HASfit is run by another power couple with a wide variety of free videos. This channel is unique because the husband is a personal trainer and shows proper technique and the theory behind the workouts.

I wanted to continue exercising throughout my
BodyFit by Amy provides loads of options for prenatal fitness! This site was my go-to during pregnancy. She recorded prenatal workouts during both of her pregnancies, so there are many to choose from.
Additionally, the regular routines are typically less than 30-minutes and so effective! She offers both cardio and strength training routines.
