If you love the Fall as much as we do, this recipe is sure to be an instant hit with your family! Our original no-bake energy balls are always a crowd-pleaser. These pumpkin no-bake energy balls take the same
As a parent, my goal is to make quick and easy foods that are also nutritious for my family. All too often, kid-friendly snacks and foods are loaded with sugar and processed ingredients.
If you walk down the aisle of a grocery store, most granola bars marketed towards kids are chocolate or vanilla flavored with tons of added sugar. Even the healthier or organic brands are guilty of this!
However, it does not have to be this way. Kids are not born craving processed foods, but instead learn from what they are exposed to.
Help your children live a healthier life by introducing homemade healthy snacks from day one.
Pumpkin No-Bake Energy Balls
These pumpkin no-bake energy balls are the perfect grab and go snack for babies, children, and adults. They don’t contain any flour, refined sugar, and are ready in 30 minutes.
This snack is loaded with protein and healthy fats to help keep you full and energized in between meals. They are also naturally sweetened with a little bit of honey, so they will satisfy your sweet tooth as well!
You simply mix all ingredients together, roll into balls, place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and freeze for 30 minutes. They keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, but they rarely last that long!
