Nice cream is my favorite guiltless dessert for hot summer days! This Chocolate Peanut Butter Nice Cream recipe is vegan, sugar-free, and ready in just minutes!
Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter is my absolute favorite guilty pleasure! I started making this regularly when I was pregnant and now share it with my little one!
This is the perfect family-friendly dessert, breakfast, or snack!
What is Nice Cream?
Nice cream is a healthy spin on traditional ice cream.
It’s creamy like regular ice cream, without all of the added sugar, artificial flavoring, and the bloating dairy.
This healthy dessert is banana-based and is a creamy, frozen treat, similar in consistency to soft-served ice cream.
This Nice Cream recipe is a clean eater’s dream since it is made from only 4 ingredients and combines protein, fats, and carbohydrates!
It doesn’t get better than that!
Not only is this perfect for people trying to eat clean, this dessert is also a great option for diabetics, vegans, paleo diet, and anybody trying to cut back on their sugar intake!

Cacao Powder- Superfood
If you haven’t started using cacao powder, this is the next superfood to add to your diet!
Cacao powder is made from cold-pressing the cacao beans. Alternatively, cocoa powder and most chocolates are made from roasting the cacao beans.
It is thought that cold-pressing the cacao beans instead of roasting them preserves more of the beneficial properties of the cacao bean.
Cacao powder is rich in flavonoids which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This may help to reduce your risk of heart attacks or strokes, cancers, and improve diabetes.
Additionally, cacao contains magnesium, iron, and calcium. These minerals are essential for bone health, oxygen transport in the body, energy, and nervous system function.

Simply combine the ingredients into your food processor or blender (we love this Ninja Blender) and enjoy!
Make sure to wait until your bananas are ripe prior to freezing. Peel and cut into 2-3 pieces before placing in the freezer for easier blending.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Nice Cream
- Food Processor or Blender
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
- Combine all ingredients into your food processor
- Mix well until creamy
- Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
